The app automatically identifies and makes a list of all the MP3 files stored on your device. You just have to tap on the name of a song to start editing it. You also have the option to record your own files, letting you create ringtones using the song that's being played at the time.
Ringtone Maker and MP3 cutter doesn't have many editing options but, then again, it doesn't really need them. Among other things, the app lets you shorten the duration of a song, letting you create a ringtone using just the chorus.
Ringtone Maker and MP3 cutter is a fantastic app that lets you create your own ringtones. However, it's important to remember the app only works with MP3 files. Therefore, if the songs are in a different format, it won't recognize the files.
